Prequalification Of Public Works Vendors

Notice to Vendors : Please take note that Division of Purchases Regulations require that all vendors who wish to bid on non-Department of Transportation (DOT) public works projects with an estimated value of $1,000,000 or higher must be prequalified by the Division of Purchases prior to bid. Prequalification Application Review Timeline: There is no guarantee that a prequalification packet will be processed within any specific time period, however, the Division will endeavor to process all packets and/or change requests as promptly as possible.
