Custom Rhode Island AIA Documents On Demand

The State of Rhode Island now has custom versions of the most frequently utilized standard AIA documents. These documents are available through AIA’s Documents on Demand here: Custom Rhode Island AIA Documents on Demand. Projects initiated after March 9, 2021 that utilize the contract documents listed below shall utilize the Custom Rhode Island AIA Documents on Demand versions exclusively. If awarded the contract, the Vendor will be required to obtain the AIA Document specified in the Solicitation from Custom Rhode Island AIA Documents on Demand.
