Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy “MMCAPP” - MMCAP is open to government institutions that provide healthcare services, such as state agencies, counties, cities, school districts, and correctional and public higher education institutions. MMCAP is operated by the State of Minnesota and adheres to state procurement laws and policies, which are widely recognized for their commitment to fair and open competition.

Minority Business Enterprise Compliance Office “MBECO” – MBECO is a program administered by the RI Department of Administration’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Opportunity “ODEO”.  The program promotes the development of certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE).

NASPO Valuepoint “NASPO” - The nation’s largest public cooperative contracting organization.  All of the cooperative contracts are led by one of the 50 states on behalf of the other states.  ValuePoint is a non-profit subsidiary of the National Association of State Procurement Officials to provide states, local governments, public educational entities, etc. with best value contracts to support their important missions.

Procurement Technical Assistance Center “RI PTAC” – The Rhode Island Procurement Technical Assistance Center is a member of a nationwide network of 98 federally funded Procurement Technical Assistance Centers providing a variety of services to Rhode Island based businesses of all sizes to help them navigate the complexities of contracting with federal agencies, state purchasing departments, and local governments. RI PTAC is a Partner Program of the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation. RI PTAC services are free to all Rhode Island businesses.

Rhode Island Association of School Business Officials “RIASBO” - A non-profit organization whose members consist of school employees, officials and employees of the Rhode Island State Department of Education, and faculty members of the various schools of education, colleges and universities in the State of Rhode Island.

Rhode Island Government Finance Officers Association “RIGFOA” - A professional nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Rhode Island. The purpose of the organization is to improve methods of state and municipal finance.

Sourcewell (f/k/a NJPA) - Sourcewell helps government, education, and nonprofit agencies operate more efficiently, helping them save time and money with contract purchasing solutions that are solicited nationally.

Supplier Diversity Office “SDO” - The SDO is a program administered by the RI Department of Administration’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Opportunity “ODEO”.  The program provides minority and women owned business enterprises, as well as disability business enterprises, in the State of Rhode Island an opportunity to secure contracts with government agencies as qualified Small Business Suppliers.

U.S. Communities - A nonprofit government purchasing cooperative that collaborates with lead public agencies that competitively solicit contracts which U.S. Communities makes available to agencies and nonprofits nationwide.
