A user agency's first point of contact with related inquiries should be our dedicated email account at DOA.PurchAdminFee@purchasing.ri.gov (agencies may also cc the Buyer of record). There are staff dedicated to monitor the email account and to perform any required follow up and withholding resolution. We do ask that agencies use the dedicated email account prior to escalating these issues to Purchases leadership.
